The innovation of three Japanese professors was our starting point. They invented the blue LED, gave birth to the modern lighting market and won the 2014 Nobel prize. Lighting would never be the same again.
Leading the way
Bright Green Technology embraced the opportunity and quickly became one of the largest users of white LEDs in Europe. Our first development was edge lighting to make LED light panels and we remain leaders in this technology today.
By 2007, we were supplying the New York subway with light panels for their media displays and this was soon followed by iconic media projects worldwide. As we expanded, we added innovation and capability in new markets such as architectural lighting, retail display and transport hubs.
Our global presence
We are truly international with projects as far apart as the New York Subway; Westfield Australia; Johannesburg advertising sites and wayfinding for Kuala Lumpur airport. Our work can be clearly seen in 35 countries.
