Backlighting Dishoom’s Permit Bar with PRO Range LED Light Panel

Taking centre stage at Dishoom’s most recent opening in Canary Wharf, is the Permit Bar.  Their 70s Bombay inspired décor emanates a glamorous modern look and feel.  Coupled with a warm and welcoming ambience.

Lighting was specified by Darren Parnaby from LightsOn.Design, PRO Range LED light panels and PRO Range linear were selected to illuminate specific areas around the bar.

We manufactured 11 custom shaped panels backlit with PRO Range LED light panels. 5 custom sizes with holes pre-cut were supplied for ease of installation.   The consistent warm lighting throughout the space was a critical design element. By setting the colour temperature at 2200K ensured this was achieved.

The PRO Range linear halos were also set to 2200k and supplied as plug and play kits. Operating on a mixture of medium and high power.  PXS LED drivers and LTECH DALI dimmable LED Drivers were supplied by our sister company Bright Green Connect providing smooth flicker free dimming.
